A timed challenge with up to 6 hours to run / walk / jog as many 3.28 mile laps as you choose on the day. 1 or more to be a finisher and receive your medal. 4 laps for a half marathon, 8 laps for a marathon or 9+ for an ultra.
The event is being held at Rickmansworth Aquadrome (3 miles from M25 junction 18). The flat scenic route is on tarmacked paths that take you alongside the River Colne and around the three lakes at the Aquadrome.
The race will start at 08.30 with up to 6 hours to start your last lap (you cannot start a lap after 6hours but you can complete a lap which you have started even if your finish time is a little over 6 hours). You are also welcome to start later but you must have commenced your final lap before 2:30 pm
Free parking, toilets and cafe near the start
There are no 'on the day entries'.

From the M25: Take the A404 towards Rickmansworth. At each of the next three roundabouts take the second exit. Then at the fourth roundabout, take the third exit back towards Rickmansworth, then left by the White Bear pub onto Harefield Road.
Take the first right after Tesco's on to Frogmoor Lane. The free car park is straight ahead.
By train / tube: nearest station is Rickmansworth approx 1 mile.
