A chance to pick the Decade Medal of your choice. A 6 hour timed challenge to run / walk / jog for as long as you want (up to 6 hours) and complete as many 5.25 mile laps as you choose on the day. 1 or more to be a finisher and get your medal and choose your own goody bag of treats, 5 laps for a marathon, 6+ for an ultra or there will also be a half marathon option by completing a shorter 3rd lap.
The route is flat and wide, as you leave the Riverside Centre with Slough behind you, you enter the countryside and follow the crushed stone path with the river Jubilee on one side and fields to the other, on reaching Dorney wetlands you turn back enjoying views towards Windsor Castle.
Start time for the full 6 hours is 08:30, you are welcome to start later however your last lap must be started by 2:30pm latest.

There is a small free car park at the centre, further free parking is available 5 minutes walk from the centre near Mc Donalds (SL1 2JD) on the corner of Ragstone Road.
