Marathon and 6 hour timed challenge
A Marathon and 6 hour challenge at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit. The marathon is a certified distance event with a 7 hour time limit or you can choose to run a longer or shorter distance in the 6 hour event completing as many 1.88 mile out and back laps as you choose on the day, 1 or more to be a finisher and get a medal and a choose your own goody bag of treats, 7 makes a half marathon, or 15 or more for an ultra.
Hillingdon Cycle Circuit is in Minet Country Park, Hayes, Greater London UB4 0LP. We have arranged exclusive use of the track so you will be able to run on a good quality surface free of any vehicles and cyclists. Toilets are located in the clubhouse building only yards from the track.
Flexible start times from 08.30 to 11:00, however you must start by 9:00 if you require the full 7 hours for a marathon (cut off is at 4:00 pm for the marathon) or 9:30 if you plan to run the full 6 hours of the challenge (last lap must be started within 6 hours of the time you start or 3:30 pm at the latest, you cannot start a lap after this time but you can complete a lap which you have started even if your finish time is a little over 6 hours).
The wide track provides plenty of room for you to abide with the strict social distancing measures that will be in place.
Hayes is best known for its old vinyl factory, where for music lovers of the 60's and 70's, it was the centre of the record making universe, and hence a record styled medal for all finishers.

From M4 or A40 join the A312 towards Hayes, take exit for A4020 Uxbridge Road. Exit the roundabout towards Ealing and Southall, then after 400m you turn right at the traffic lights into Springfield Road (Wyatt place infront of you and Wickes to your Right), Entrance to the circuit is next to Goals but additional parking is available in the free public carpark just past Goals on your right at the roundabout.

What do I get?
A certified distance traffic free hard running surface with about 15m of climb per 1.88 miles lap.
Toilets near the start/finish of each lap.
An aid station at the start/finish of each lap (water/squash and a range
of sweet and savoury nibbles to help you go the distance)

Chip timing with virtual leader-board and published results.
Is there anywhere to change?
Due to current restrictions there are no changing rooms or bag storage available in the clubhouse. Please arrive ready to run.
Where do I get my race number?
Registration will be outside and will open from 08:25. You will get your race number then - nothing will be posted out in advance of the race.
The race briefing will be emailed prior to the event which you must read.
Trail or Road shoes?
Definitely road - The entire course in on a good quality road surface.
Can I run with my dog?
Sorry no dogs are allowed due to insurance conditions
