6 hour timed challenge
6 hour timed challenge where you can run for as long as you want (up to 6 hours) and complete as many or as few 1.88 mile out and back laps as you choose on the day, 1 or more to be a finisher and get a medal and a pick your own goody bag of treats, 7 makes a half marathon, 14 a marathon, or 15 or more for an ultra.
The event is being held at the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit in Minet Country Park, Hayes, Greater London UB4 0LP. We have arranged exclusive use of the track so you will be able to run on a good quality surface free of any vehicles and cyclists, we have also hired the clubhouse so registration, changing rooms and toilets will be inside only yards from the track.
The race will start at 08.30 with a cut off at 14:30 (you cannot start a lap after this time but you can complete a lap which you have started even if your finish time is a little over 6 hours).
Hayes is best known for its old vinyl factory, where for music lovers of the 60's and 70's, it was the centre of the record making universe, and hence a record styled medal for all finishers.
